Q. What is your pet policy?
A. There is a $35 non-refundable pet fee, per pet per stay. The pet must be kept on a leash when outside and in a kennel when alone inside.
Please be aware that not all of our cabins are Pet Friendly! If a person is found to have an unreported pet in the resort, we reserve the right to charge the $35 pet fee as well as an addition fee of $50 for non compliance.
We may also, if the situation warrants it, evict said guest from the premises.
Q. If we Leave Early can we have a refund?
A. No refund for early departure or unforeseen mechanical failures.
Q. If we arrive after your office closes?
A. We are open everyday Monday~Sunday 8am-10pm. If you will be arriving after office hours, there is a box located to the right of the office door past the windows with your keys, map, and directions to your log home. You will be required to check in with us at the office the following day before noon.
Q. How do I get Directions to your Resort?
A. When you make your reservations, directions will be sent to you with your confirmation. Or:
To get Here- From Gatlinburg turn onto Highway
321 at traffic light #3. Traffic lights will be numbered so you do not have to count lights. Travel approximately 3.2 miles Turn left onto Hidden Hills Road and the office will be the first and only visible building on the left.
The entrance to the resort is directly across from the office.
Q. Do we need 4-wheel drive to get to our cabin in bad weather?
A. No you do not; all of our roads are paved. When bad weather is called for, our staff stays on top of the plowing and salting of the roads.
Q.Can I change cabins if more or less People come?
A. Yes you may change your cabin up to 30 days prior To your arrival, If you wanted to change once you got here or with in your 30 days Of arrival you would have to pay for the cabin you reserved as well as the new one.
Q. Is everything on web descriptions accurate for the cabins?
A. Yes, although the amenities can change with out notice due to every cabin is individually owned and the homeowners can take out or put in whenever they need to or want to. (Ex. irons or ironing board & etc.)
